I followed the recipe but did add a few things of my own to i. I used mustard to coat the tofu and to also help the batter mix to stick. I did not dilute the mustard because it is a taste I do like. I have seen others make a mix with vegan egg instead. You can also add crushed corn flakes (I use 365 Whole Foods vegan corn flakes) to add a crunchy texture.
